Policy:

-Food and Drink - Water only is permitted in the dance rooms, no food or soft drinks.

-Hair and Attire - Hair needs to be pulled back with a rubber band. Jeans are prohibited for all classes. Proper dance attire and shoes are required for class. Check with teacher to find out the dress code for your particular class.

-Questions to Teachers - Leave a note at the desk in the office or the teachers file folder. Don't interrupt teachers during work.

-Switching Class - Allow one month before switching. Allow teachers to give any suggestions on placement to ensure your child is in the appropriate class.

-File Folders- Located in the office. Parents need to check their folder everyday. If you do not have a file folder, please notify the office. Please check bulletin boards for additional information as well.

-Tuition - Tuition is due the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 15th and a late fee of $5.00 will be added each month the tuition is overdue. The tuition is an averaged amount and is the same for every month of the dance year. If you miss a class you may make-up the class. You are obligated only one month at a time. There are no refunds for any reason after payment has been made for a particular month. There are no exceptions to this rule.

-Missed Class Policy - Tuition will not be prorated. Your child needs to make up their missed class within one month. Check the office for the make-up schedule.
